Subscription, Pre-Order, and Try-Before-You-Buy Policy
At Mandy’s Spring Nursery and Canopy, we occasionally offer select products through subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy programs. Here's how each works — and how you can update or cancel if needed:
Subscriptions
Some specialty products — like seasonal kits, plant care bundles, or home goods — may be available as a subscription.

When you subscribe, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you choose at checkout.

Your payment method will be stored securely and automatically charged for each scheduled delivery (unless you choose to prepay).

Some subscriptions may auto-renew after the original term unless you cancel ahead of time.
Need to cancel or change your subscription?
You can update your subscription at any time using the link in your order confirmation email — or just reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to help.

Pre-Orders
We may occasionally offer pre-orders for highly anticipated or seasonal items — such as specialty plants, limited garden goods, or upcoming product releases.

Pre-orders are for items not yet in stock at the time of purchase.

We may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout, depending on the item.

When the item becomes available, your payment method may be charged the balance (if any) and the product will be fulfilled.
Want to cancel a pre-order?
You may cancel a partially paid or unfulfilled pre-order for a full refund.
If the item has already shipped or been delivered, standard Return Policy rules apply.
Try Before You Buy
Some eligible home goods or gifts may be offered as a try-before-you-buy opportunity.

Your payment method will be authorized (but not charged) at the time of order.

You’ll have a set number of days (specified at checkout) to decide if you want to keep the item.

If you keep the item beyond the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically.
Want to return an item during your trial?
Follow the return instructions included with your order to send the item back before the end of your trial period. (See our Return Policy for full guidelines.)
