Canopy in every season

Canopy Was Never Meant to Be Just a Spring Place

Canopy is open year-round because coffee, home, gifts, plants, gathering and inspiration do not belong to one month of the year. Each season changes what you will find here—and gives you a different reason to return.

Spring

Possibility everywhere

Spring is when the garden center comes alive with annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs, containers and new ideas for the yard.

It is also a smart time to bring your questions to our team—before the excitement of planting season turns every decision into an urgent one.

Summer

Part of the day

Stop for an iced coffee or seasonal drink, meet a friend, browse what is blooming or make Canopy the beginning of a Saratoga-to-Lake George day.

In summer, Canopy can be a destination of its own or the stop that makes the rest of the day better.

Fall

Home, garden and gathering

Fall brings color, texture and a clearer view of what the landscape may need next. It is a good season to plant, plan and improve the structure of a garden.

Inside, the home-and-gift collection shifts toward gatherings, cooler weather and the approaching holidays.

Winter

Still a destination

When the outdoor garden rests, the timber-frame setting may be at its best. The scale, warmth, coffee and greenhouse atmosphere create somewhere beautiful to meet, work or slow down.

Canopy remains a place for gifts, home inspiration, houseplants, café visits and time together throughout the winter.

A dependable pause

Why Canopy Is Closed on Sundays

Canopy is closed on Sundays throughout the year. It is an intentional rhythm—not simply a seasonal scheduling decision.

We believe a business can serve its community well while also giving its people a dependable day to rest, worship, spend time with family or simply slow down.

Winter hours may be somewhat reduced, so check our current hours before making a special trip.
