Delivery Policies and Information
Our team delivers to a 60 miles radius surrounding our Granville, NY location for an additional charge. Please contact us for a delivery quote outside of this delivery area.
Our delivery prices are broken out by zone. You can select delivery at check-out, and the delivery fees will automatically populate (fees also outlined below).
Generally, our team can deliver within 1 - 3 business days of your order. If you are ordering with Planting/ Installation, our team will call you with a delivery/ installation date as we generally are booking a few weeks out during out busy season.
Depending on the size of your order, your delivery may require more than one truck can hold at capacity. In the event that you will require multiple deliveries, we will contact you regarding the additional delivery fee. Additionally, if your order requires special machinery to load and unload additional fees may apply.

PLANTING + INSTALLATION
Our planting offering and pricing includes the product, planting service, compost, fertilizer, mulch and a one-year product guarantee. If you'd like to have your purchased plants, shrubs and trees planted, please select "With Planting" when adding each item to your cart.

Pick-up Policies and Information
Please allow up to 48 hours to process any order made online.
Any order made for pick-up can be picked up at Mandy's Spring Nursery at 1637 County Route 28, Granville, NY 12832.
Please note that there is no cell phone service at our location. If you need contact-free pickup, please call us an notify us beforehand.
